The purpose of the special session is to complete the business of the conference related to the conference budget for 2011.  All persons who were elected to serve at the June 2010 session of Annual Conference are the voting members of this special session.  The sole purpose of this conference and the only business conducted will be the 2011 budget for the conference.  Only voting members of the conference will be permitted to enter Stuart Auditorium for this business.
